Refund and Returns Policy

We at OPRTM Herbal Skincare strive to ensure your complete satisfaction.
However, due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
  • You raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products.
  • Products bought on clearance or during sale events (unless damaged).
  • Personal care items due to hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

  • Email us at support@oprtm.com with your order number, issue details, and clear photos of the product.
  • Our team will assess and approve eligible returns within 2–3 business days.
  • Upon approval, we’ll arrange for reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product to our return address.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • For prepaid orders, full refunds will be issued.
  • For COD orders, refunds may be given as store credit or direct bank transfer.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
